PRODUCTION
CUTTING
Cutting process on glass and mirrors is made with special hardened and angled steel circular metals called diamonds. Special cutting oil is used to minimize friction during the cutting process.
Diamond angles change depending on the thickness of the glass to be cut in cutting works.
In our factory, the cutting process is done by automatically tilting the Jumbo size (6000×3210 mm) glass on the CNC cutting line, and thanks to this table, edge stripping in comfort glasses can also be done in accordance with the standards without human touch.

EDGING (Glass Edge Processing Service)
DRILLING
Due to the usage area of the glass produced, for mounting screws, door handles, handles, etc. on it, holes must be drilled according to the thickness, size of the glass and the material to be mounted.
Drilling of the screw and handle holes on glass doors and glass panels are performed on drilling machines. At this stage, glasses are drilled with drill bits of different diameters, with and without a countersunk. In particular, TS-EN 12150 Standard is complied with for perforated glass sheets to be subjected to the tempering process. In this respect, the edges, corners and positions of the holes relative to each other are determined by taking into account the thickness of the glass, its dimensions and the diameter of the hole.

CNC
CNC, which is encountered not only in the glass sector but also in many sectors, means computer numerical control.
In addition to our edging, detailing and drilling processes, the margin of error is minimized with our CNC-machine, which we use for glass forming in different sizes and thicknesses, and it allows the application of original glass designs.
With our CNC machine, glass can be processed such as door hinge detail, Paraduş hinge detail.
SANDBLASTING
Sandblasting glass is a rough, matte, surface treated glass created on the glass surface with the help of Garnet sand with abrasive feature used with compressed air. They are frequently used especially in shower cabins, bathroom cabinet doors, kitchen cabinet doors, furniture doors, coffee tables, tables, interior doors, partitions and shelf systems.
The sandblasting process can be applied to many glass models such as flat, tempered, laminated, curved glass. Various patterns can be made on transparent glasses. When the correct sandblasting system is used with this process, very efficient results can be obtained. Sandblasting method, which allows the glass to gain a partially or completely opaque appearance, adds a simple and elegant look to the areas where it is used.

TEMPERING
The tempering process is the process of increasing the durability of the glass by creating a tensile reaction on the inner surface and a stretching reaction on the outer surface, thanks to the heating and instant cooling by adjusting the waiting and heating values in the oven at 650 – 700 °C according to the thickness and characteristics of the glass. Also, this process ensures that the glass is dispersed in small pieces, not as sharp and irregular pieces in case of breakage. Therefore, the risk of injury is very low compared to non-tempered glasses. It can be applied as semi-tempered and full-tempered. Thanks to our high technology tempering furnace in our factory and our expert staff, we provide all kinds of glass tempering services.
BLISTER TEMPERING
By adjusting the appropriate blister diameter during the cooling phase of the glass, the glass can be bent with air pressure and the desired camber can be given.

LAMINATION
Thanks to PVB (Polyvinyl butyral) forming a binding layer, it is the joining of two or more glasses by pressure and heat treatment. It is used as safety and security glass. The lamination process in glasses minimizes the dispersion at breakage as well as durability. As it can be done on flat and tinted glasses, it is applied after the tempering process to increase safety.
